About Alexandra

Hi! I’m a passionate piano teacher with a Professional Music Education Diploma and over 7 years of formal training. My mission is to help students of all ages master the piano, blend solid technique with creativity, and build real playing confidence.

Beyond teaching, I am a seasoned live musician. I’ve been performing across Ireland since 2010 as a solo singer and a pianist/keyboardist in various bands, and as a solo and choir performer in Latvia since childhood.

What I offer:

Tailored Lessons: From complete beginners to intermediate players.

Well-Rounded Skills: Music theory, sight-reading, chords, and improvisation.

Stage Confidence: Performance tips drawn from my extensive live gigging experience.

Whether you want to learn for fun, ace an exam, or learn to play your favorite songs, I’ll customize a plan just for you. Book your first lesson today and let’s start playing!

About the lesson

My teaching methods are based on the academic knowledge and classical music literacy books with my easy and fun approach. In one class I combine music theory with piano playing and singing (if needed), so the lesson does not become boring.

My daughter Sophia has been attending Alexes music classes for almost 2 years, she has improved so much! Alexes classes are always interesting. Sophia goes to her classes with pleasure. Alex explains everything very clearly. I want to say a huge thank you to Alex for her hard work. Alex is a great teacher and I highly recommend her!
