About Vishrut
- Professional pianist and dedicated music mentor with a “taking less and giving more” approach towards teaching.
- 10+ years of experience playing the keyboard, which has been my primary instrument since I started learning in 2009.

My teaching approach is completely personalised and focused on what the student actually wants to learn. I usually begin with the basics and help the student understand the keyboard, hand coordination, rhythm, chords, scales and other fundamental concepts. Once a basic foundation is developed, we gradually move towards playing popular Hindi songs and basic English songs based on the student's interest.
I also provide written notes for the songs and concepts taught during the sessions, so that students can practise and revise independently.
Apart from simply teaching songs, I believe it is important to develop a deeper understanding of music and the instrument itself. Therefore, I also guide students about the keyboard, its functions and basic equipment, wherever required.
My aim is not to keep students dependent on classes for years. With regular practice and dedication, I try to make them confident and independent enough within approximately 15–20 sessions to understand, practise and start playing songs on their own.
