About Luken
I am an experienced Piano instructor with 12 years of teaching experience, passionate about helping students achieve their full musical potential. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals with lessons that are customized to meet their personal learning goals.
My teaching style combines creativity, communication, and practical learning. I believe students learn best when lessons are interactive, enjoyable, and focused on steady progress.
My lessons include piano techniques, scales, chords, rhythm training, sight reading, ear training, music theory, improvisation, performance preparation, finger exercises, and musical interpretation. I encourage students to build confidence while developing both technical skills and artistic expression.
In addition to Piano, I teach keyboard skills and basic music theory. These subjects help students understand music more deeply and become independent learners.
I strive to create a welcoming classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring new ideas, and celebrating every achievement. My mission is to make learning Piano a rewarding experience for every student.

My teaching methodology focuses on making piano learning simple, practical, and enjoyable. Using communication, creativity, and flexibility, I help students learn according to their individual abilities and personal goals. Every lesson is carefully planned to keep students motivated and confident.
Students begin by learning the essential foundations of piano, including posture, finger exercises, rhythm, note reading, and music theory. These skills create a strong base for learning more advanced topics such as scales, chords, dynamics, sight reading, and expressive playing.
I explain each lesson in easy-to-understand language and encourage students to ask questions whenever needed. Practical demonstrations and regular exercises help students understand concepts more quickly and remember them better.
Students are introduced to a variety of musical styles, allowing them to discover their own interests while developing creativity and musical confidence. Regular practice plans and progress reviews help students improve steadily without unnecessary pressure.
Besides piano, I also teach keyboard basics, music theory, ear training, rhythm development, accompaniment techniques, and performance preparation. These additional subjects help students become complete musicians.
My aim is to create an encouraging learning environment where students enjoy music, improve their technical abilities, and develop confidence that continues beyond the classroom.
