About Cindy
My name is Cindy Lam, and I’m a passionate racket sports instructor who enjoys helping people improve their skills, confidence, and overall enjoyment of the game. I teach tennis, squash, badminton, pickleball, and table tennis, and I’ve worked with students of different ages and experience levels. I’m patient, easy to work with, and I understand that everyone learns differently. I like creating a positive and comfortable environment where students can improve without feeling pressured. Whether your goal is fitness, competition, or simply learning a new sport, I’ll make sure lessons are both productive and enjoyable.

My lessons are relaxed, practical, and tailored to each student’s level and goals. Whether you’re completely new to racket sports or looking to sharpen your technique, I focus on helping you improve step by step while still enjoying the game. I teach tennis, squash, badminton, pickleball, and table tennis, with sessions that include technique work, movement, game strategy, and match practice. I’m patient, encouraging, and I pay close attention to what each student needs most. My goal is to help students build confidence, stay active, and genuinely enjoy learning and improving over time.
