About Kayla
I am a professional soccer player for Ottawa Rapid FC and the Poland Women’s National Team with experience competing at the highest levels of the game. I have played professionally in Spain, Sweden, France, and Canada, giving me a unique understanding of different playing styles and development pathways. Alongside my playing career, I earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Sport Science, hold a UEFA Coaching License, and have a background in personal training and fitness.
Every session is tailored to your individual goals, position, and skill level. My focus is on helping players build confidence, sharpen technical ability, improve decision-making, and develop habits that translate directly to game performance. I create a positive, challenging environment where players are encouraged to push themselves, enjoy the process, and leave every session with the tools to continue improving on and off the field.
In addition to on-field training, I also offer virtual coaching and video analysis sessions. Whether you’re looking for technical feedback, position-specific advice, match analysis, or personalized guidance, I’m available for one-on-one video calls with players from anywhere.
