With over 10 years of professional experience, I'm a senior software engineer currently working in the rail transportation industry, but I also have experience building applications for clinical research, billing, and retail. I have tutored hundreds of high school, undergraduate, and graduate students both in-person and remotely. I love sharing my passion for computer programming with my students.

We will go step by step to break the bigger problem into smaller problems to solve. As engineers, we are constantly learning, and the best skill we can have is the ability to research and find what is needed to solve a problem. Once your foundation is solid, there's no need to memorize things like how to convert a String to an int (although, do it enough, and you will).
