About Bex
I have a Certificate in Personal Coaching (The Coaching Academy), as well as an ICF-certified Certificate in Group Coaching (Animas School of Coaching) and am on my way to completing a Diploma in Transformational Coaching (Animas School of Coaching). I have coached and mentored numerous people to achieve their goals and currently already host group coaching workshops in Southend. We can look at all areas of your life to achieve an overall balance and see which areas are needing more attention, before addressing why this is the case and how to take key steps to achieve your ideal life.
I have always had a passion for helping others and since starting on my journey over ten years ago of learning about lifestyle design. I work with clients both in person and via Skype for tutoring and coaching, but only face-to-face for personal organisation. I have lived in 5 different countries, gained a Ph.D, qualified as a teacher, started my own business, and bought my own home. I have a wealth of knowledge on lifestyle design, home organisation, personality indicator tests. I offer life coaching, career coaching, business coaching, educational progress coaching, as well as decluttering and wellbeing coaching.

Life, Career and Business coaching: Why Coaching?
According to the Animas School of Coaching:

Transformational coaching – as taught at Animas – is a powerful way of exploring our personal beliefs and values and how these are shaping our experience of life, and our behaviours. Educational Progress Coaching:
Educational progress coaching helps map the way to success! If your child has lost their confidence and is not sure how they will pass upcoming exams, progress coaching will help. If you are struggling at university or in college, progress coaching is for you. With progress coaching, the client set goals that are achievable, measurable, and time-bound, and with the help of their coach, the client will be able to notice the lengths they have come to achieve their goals and the fantastic increase in their own self-confidence. This service tends to be used most by A-Level, college and university students, but younger clients can certainly also benefit from progress coaching.
Personal Organisation and Decluttering Coaching:
Overwhelmed by all your belongings? Can’t find room to move? Can’t stand living in a mess anymore? You have come to the right place. I provide a service where I come to your home and help you manage your surroundings. We meet for an initial consultation, to discuss your concerns, your aims and we come up with a plan to help you reach your goal. I then come to your house for a full day, to help you organise yourself and create the life you want. Often personal organisation consultancy goes hand in hand with longer-term decluttering coaching, which is another service I provide. If you feel you are emotionally attached to many belongings, are not sure how you will ever live within your means or reduce your clutter to a minimum, longer term coaching is for you. I treat every client on a case by case basis and we build a programme that is right for you.
