About Hayden
I am a former Division 1 college swimmer, and graduated from UNLV in 2020. My competitive swimming career took me to World Championships where I competed for team USA on many occasions. I have many top 8 finishes in multiple events, but my best accolade is the Silver Medal from the 2018 Surf Lifesaving World Championships in the Surf Swim Race.
Aside from my competitive side, I have been coaching swimming to professionals and the very beginners for over 8 years.
In 2020 and 2021 I started and operated a successful surf camp business where I taught ocean safety, swimming, surfing, and physical fitness.
I am enthusiastic about swimming and love to help all of my students adapt the skills I have been blessed to have in my life.

I usually teach 1-on-1 but can give lessons to multiple students at a time. Your swimmer will learn life saving swim skills, learn to swim techniques, and professional swim skills. Typically lessons are 30 minutes unless requested or suggested otherwise.
I am different than the other instructors because I have also taught ocean swimming lessons for those who would like to take their swimming skills to the beach or open water.
For my learn to swim students, I enjoy the water, so feel reassured I will be in with you as we learn. I typically teach the essential water safety from floating on your back, to kicking to the wall, to climbing out of a pool with no stairs. This ensures safety at any pool and reassurance for any family member with a non-swimmer.
For my already swimming students, I can jump in with you for comfort, or I can teach your efficient stroke styles from above the water to give you the best coaching experience.
I am easily reachable by phone or txt and am eager to make a difference in the world by providing my swimming skills to all!
