Hi, I’m Reiko! I am a professional dancer, choreographer, and certified coach originally from the heart of Tokyo’s vibrant show scene. With over 20 years of experience performing and directing professional stages, I’m here in Sydney to help women rediscover their confidence, elegance, and strength through the art of dance.

Step into Your Power: Heels, Burlesque & Custom Performance
My lessons are a judgment-free zone designed specifically for adult women. Whether you want to feel more empowered in heels, explore the sensual art of Burlesque, or need a unique, original choreography for a special event, I tailor every second to your goals.
What I Specialize In:
• Burlesque & Sexy Jazz: Focus on fluidity, expression, and the "art of the tease."
• Heels Technique: Improve your posture, balance, and walk with professional flair.
• Original Choreography: Need a dance that is uniquely "you"? I draw on my 20+ years as a choreographer to create bespoke routines for any song or style.
• Mind-Body Connection: Using my Yoga background to ensure we build strength without injury.
A Typical 60-Minute Session:
1. Dynamic Warm-up & Stretch (15 min): Preparing the body for fluid movement.
2. Technique Drills (15 min): Mastering the "Heels walk" or Burlesque-specific isolations.
3. Choreography / Creative Work (25 min): Learning a routine or collaborating on your original piece.
4. Cool-down & Reflection (5 min): Leaving the studio feeling energized and confident.
