About Xander
I’m a professional vocalist and performer with international stage experience, including over 1,000 performances at Universal Beijing Resort, working professionally as a lead vocalist with Holland America Line, and performing in the 2022 concert tour of A Christmas Carol, which culminated at St John’s Smith Square in London.

Want to sing with confidence, tell a story through music, and bring a character to life?
Whether you’re preparing for drama school, an audition, a musical theatre performance, or simply want to become a stronger and more expressive singer, my lessons are built around you and your goals.
My speciality is helping singers move beyond simply singing the correct notes and start communicating through a song. In acting-through-song lessons, we can explore character, intention, storytelling, lyric interpretation, emotional connection, musicality and performance choices, while developing the vocal technique needed to deliver them confidently and healthily.
Every lesson is tailored to the individual. We might break down a song and discover what your character actually wants, experiment with different interpretations, work on vocal technique and phrasing, or prepare a specific audition piece from the ground up.
You don’t need to arrive as a confident performer. That’s what we’re here to build.
I create a relaxed, supportive and judgement-free environment where you can experiment, make mistakes and discover what makes your voice and performance unique.
Whether you’re completely new to musical theatre or already performing professionally, I want you to leave every lesson with something practical, a clearer understanding of your performance, and the confidence to step into the spotlight.
