About Shakhi
Namaste,
I’m a passionate yoga practitioner and teacher with 8 years of experience guiding individuals both online and offline toward healthier, more balanced lives. My journey began with a deep curiosity about the body-mind connection, which led me to complete the Yoga Wellness Instructor and Assistant Yoga Therapy courses at the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. I’ve also trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga in the serene heart of Rishikesh.
Yoga, for me, is not just about flexibility or strength—it's a way to rediscover harmony within ourselves. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with people from all walks of life, mainly senior citizens and adults ( female )helping them manage conditions like thyroid imbalances, PCOD/PCOS, anxiety, stress, blood pressure, and weight issues.
Now settled in Lajpat Nagar, I am offering in-person yoga sessions tailored to individual needs. Whether you’re just beginning or looking for a mindful way to manage your health, I’d love to walk this path with you.

My class begin with OM chant then mat excercises then standing cxcercises then some poses with supine position then relaxation and pranayam and Shantimantra.
