I offer private lessons (for 1 person or a small group) in Paris and nearby suburbs and once a week in Paris in the 2nd district (Monday nights). I teach Ashtanga Vinyasa and accessible way: I adapt to your level, your desires, your needs. Elle est très à l'écoute, pédagogue, s'adapte vraiment à chacun et surtout réussi à nous transmettre sa passion. Du coup, on bosse dur, on s'applique pour faire les mouvements, car ça nous fait du bien, mais quelque part, on ne veut pas la décevoir aussi.
