About Matt
As I started my journey after a Mechanical Engineering Diploma and a Master's Degree, I thought my learning had finished and I was excited to move on to the business. However, I realized that learning never ends and in order to stay current and accurate I should embrace continuous learning. Also, learning the field's specifics is not enough and needs to be complemented with soft skills which many people have some challenges learning. As of today, I feel everything is possible and the only key to achieve whatsoever one could be chasing is to define a clear objective and work efficiently towards it. ...
