About Rachel

I am currently a psychiatry resident and have spent years learning how to manage challenging coursework, high-pressure exams, and demanding clinical training. My background has taught me how to break complex topics into simple, understandable steps. I enjoy working with students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, and helping them build a clear plan forward. My teaching style is calm, encouraging, and practical, with a focus on understanding rather than memorizing.

About the lesson

I’m a psychiatry resident with a strong medical background and firsthand experience navigating the pre-med, medical school, and exam-prep journey. My goal is to make difficult concepts easier to understand, help students study more efficiently, and build real confidence. I’m patient, practical, and focused on helping each student improve with clear explanations, structure, and personalized support.
