About Anita
I am a psychologist with 16 years of experience, I work developmentally with people to extract and develop their potential :) For two years I have also been teaching Vinyasa yoga. I run relaxation trainings with elements of Mindfulness. I introduce a smile and high vibrations :)

I work with the workshop method with elements of coaching, individually and in groups. I am assuming that action is 100% better than "talking about action". I individualize the pace and type of practice. I introduce an atmosphere of ease and fun. I teach how to build habits, I work with self-motivation. I adhere to the principle that every day "it's worth even lifting a finger" :).
