About Medha
Medha Shidore holds a master’s in clinical psychology, a PGD in child and adolescent psychology, and is trained in Graphology. She is also a certified gender-affirmative therapist with over 12 years of experience in the field of mental health and well-being. Medha has published two research papers (one national and one international) and is dedicated to promoting mental health and making it a priority for all. Medha primarily enjoys working with young adults, focusing on creating a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental environment to help strengthen their relationship with themselves and society. She collaborates closely with her clients and students. Her sessions emphasize active listening and incorporate various activities to enhance the learning experience. Medha places great importance on building a strong trainer-trainee relationship, believing that positive interactions are an integral part of learning!
