About Aadhi
I'm a consultant psychologist for different populations particularly school and organisations and also a cognitive therapist for children. I create psychology contents for US based high school students. I have completed Masters in Applied Psychology and currently pursuing as research assistant with a renowned organisation.

I believe that theoretical background and knowledge plays a huge role in practical applications. My primary focus is to bring theory and practice as paralleled ways to understand the subject. Assignments, case discussions, demonstrations including role play would be some of the methodology I would be using.
