About Mariam

I am a university student in Oxford, UK, and I have a strong background in creative english and writing. I have run peer mentoring schemes and tutored high school students for 2 years. My students grasp a better understanding of how to write eloquently using my advice.

About the lesson

My teaching methods is very hands on. Creative writing requires both imagination and skill. I believe improvement and building on existing skills to be very potent when learning how to write. For example, I will give students a prompt and then ask them to write about it and then help them learn how to improve that writing and how to establish their own unique writing style.
