About Anna-Theresa
I’m 19 years old and currently studying at the University of St Andrews. Having recently completed the IB myself, I know firsthand how overwhelming the workload can feel, especially with subjects like Psychology that involve so much content.
I achieved 41 points overall and a 7 in HL Psychology, and I genuinely believe that with the right revision techniques, organisation and support, it is possible to make the IB feel much more manageable. And you can do it too!
Tutoring was a huge help to me during my own IB preparation, so I want to give other students the same support that made such a difference for me. My goal is to make tutoring affordable, efficient and genuinely useful, so that every lesson helps you move closer to your goals.

IB Psychology involves a large amount of content, so I focus not only on understanding the material, but also on how to revise it efficiently and get the most out of your study time.
I can support you across all areas of IB Psychology, including content comprehension, revision planning and organisation, exam preparation and IA support. A key part of my approach is making sure you genuinely understand the content rather than simply memorising it, so that you can confidently apply your knowledge in exams.
We will also work specifically on the exam techniques required for Papers 1, 2 and 3, including how to approach different question types, structure answers, use studies effectively, and manage your time. The aim is to make sure you know exactly what is expected of you in each paper and can approach the exam with confidence.
Most importantly, lessons are structured around you. We identify what you find difficult, create a clear plan, and work through it together in a focused and manageable way.
