About Cass
I'm a published scientist with over 10 years of experience studying protein metabolism and exercise/human physiology. I've been a teaching assistant for >20 courses at the undergraduate level and have worked with hundreds of students over my time in graduate school. I like to use real world examples to help facilitate learning beyond memorization. I find this helps students excel on exams and lab reports when critical thinking is important.

I focus on teaching underlying principles of nutrition and physiology to improve course material retention and help undergraduate students become developed critical thinkers.
