I studied with Michela in 2001 when she worked for IH Helsinki and delivered Business English classes in the company I worked for. Subsequently I also hired her to teach BE to some of my employees in China. Michela is open, focussed and receptive in her teaching. She plans her classes well beforehand and is therefore well prepared: no idle time occurred in our teaching sessions. Her knowledge of Business English is on a high level and I/we made true progress thanks to the lessons. Another important point is that she can adapt to the students’ different levels. She’s a responsible and competent Business English trainer, especially for people who need to improve their practical use of English in their work life. She has a positive and humble approach to the teaching and her clients. She is a teacher I would hire again and I strongly recommend her.
