About Shoba
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) educator with PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages (French & Spanish) and over 15 years of leadership experience in business and retail management. Highly adaptable practitioner with strong experience supporting SEN, EAL, SEMH learners and students at risk of exclusion across KS3–KS5 in mainstream, supply, and alternative provision settings.
Specialises in re-engaging disengaged learners, building positive relationships, and delivering differentiated learning pathways in both academic and functional skills contexts. Experienced in 1:1 tuition, small-group intervention, and cross-curricular support including Business Studies, ESOL, and Functional Skills.
