About Laila
Having practised yoga for 5 years, I love being able to share my knowledge and experience with others and helping them feel the benefits of their practice. Knowing that people come into yoga for many different reasons but reap the same benefits from their practice, is something I am keen to share. Having the time to allow yourself to connect with your mind and body is priceless and will really change your life!
