About Monika
I am a graduate in Bachelors in Commerce (Hons) and also a Qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary from India. Further I am an MBA holder from Sydney Business School and also an associate member of CPA Australia. I have an intensive working experience in Accounting & Finance sector for 4 years in corporate in addition to internship of 3 years in an audit firm. I am a very passionate and enthusiastic person who enjoy learning and studying and firmly believe knowledge is all about sharing. I had been good in academics since my school days as a result of which was always popular amongst my classmates. I had been helping and assisting my classmates, junior and sometimes seniors too with their academics.

Before taking up any session, I as a teacher do my homework to understand my students and what can be expected of their existing level of understanding about the subject. I always give a quick revision of what already students are expected to know to bring all of us on the same page and at the same time this helps me check about the students correct understanding of the subject and contents. I feel that having strong and clear fundamentals are key to success and studies then automatically becomes fun.
I make my target students practice the sessions by asking questions and allowing them the room to ask as many questions as they want. In addition I ensure good practice by solving relevant questions together and assigning some homework too. Be sure your needs will be met. Good Luck!
