I am a Chartered Accountant and work as a Manager Financein one of the Maharatna Public Sector company of India looking of the Finance division of one of the biggest branches in India.
Since I have a lot of spare time I can teach and mentor lots of students with the practical experience of 10 years I gained in Direct and Indirect taxes.

My teaching would be Problem to Theory oriented. Since studying just Theory will not give proper understanding of the subject, we need practice of the application of the concepts through whichwe can learn with great understanding.
We will start with problems both illustrated as well as other problem mentioned in the book of Taxmann’s Direct Taxes Law & Practice – Taxmann’s Flagship Commentary, Explaining the Law Lucidly along-with its Practical Application.
I have vast practical experience of applying all the concepts in the real world as I work as Manager Finance looking of the whole of the Finance division in a Big Company which has a revenue of One Lakh Crore. I can share practical and live examples of the application of various concepts from Theory.
My classes are intended for CA students(Inter and Final), ICWA/CMA(Inter and Final), CS(Inter and Final), B.Com etc who have the subjects of Direct and Indirect Taxes in their courses.
