I can guide you through lessons in the making of Kombucha, Sourdough, Kefir (water and milk), sauerkraut, and kimchi. Once a lesson is set up, I can send a SCOBY to get you started and guide you through the process of at home fermentation.

I qualified as a chef at the Ballymaloe cookery school in Cork, Ireland.
