Hi, I’m Georgia.

I am a qualified Employment Law Solicitor with 3 years PQE. My path to the legal profession wasn't traditional. I graduated with a History degree, transitioned through the GDL (Graduate Diploma in Law), completed my LPC alongside a Master's degree, and successfully secured my Training Contract (TC) during my postgraduate studies. I then trained, qualified, and practised at the same firm.

Because I have been in your position before, I understand the unique pressures of converting to law, mastering dense modules under tight timelines, and competing for coveted training contracts or QWE placements. I bring a rare blend of first-hand academic success and sharp, real-world legal practice to our tutoring sessions.

I focus heavily on moving past rote memorisation to master the IRAC structure so you can approach complex problem questions calmly and systematically.

• The "Non-Law Conversion" Strategy: If you are a GDL, MA Law, or SQE conversion student coming from a humanities or science background, I teach you how to master the legal mindset, read case law efficiently, and write like a lawyer.

• Employment Law Electives (LLB / GDL / LLM): Deep-dive technical support on worker status, unfair dismissal, discrimination frameworks, redundancy, and TUPE regulations.

• Practical Legal Skills (LPC & SQE2): While I qualified via the LPC route, the core professional skills required to pass the modern SQE2 are exactly what I do daily in practice. I can help you master legal drafting, case analysis, writing robust professional letters of advice, and mock tribunal skills.

• Training Contract & Career Mentoring: Navigating the shift from the LPC to the SQE can be confusing. Whether you are aiming for a traditional 2-year Training Contract at a top firm or building your independent Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) portfolio, I offer CV restructuring, mock interview preparation, and real commercial awareness coaching.

Rates, Booking & Flexibility:

• Standard Hourly Rate: £80 per hour.

• Block Booking Package: £70 per hour when you book a package of 5 hours upfront (£350 total).

• Total Scheduling Flexibility: I understand that university timetables and professional workloads change. You have full control over your bookings—we can set up a recurring weekly slot or schedule ad-hoc sessions as your deadlines approach.

• Location: Convenient online lessons via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
