About Josh
I have three years of experience teaching English language which has taken the form of face-to-face and online. I have taught general English, Business English, IELTS preparation, conversational English and everything in-between!
I have a high success rate with students giving me only 5* reviews. Recently, one of my students was able to apply for Canadian citizenship due to her IELTS score after taking lessons with me.

While teaching, I have adopted several teaching styles and approaches. For example, I often use the student-centred approach as it allows me to focus on the learner in order to plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of my students. Additionally, the functional approach is of great importance for learners' development. For example, learners could be parents, workers, consumers or patients. This all impacts the topics and materials that I use.
