About Daniel
In 2008 I qualified as a fitness instructor and trained to teach pilates in 2009. I have taught a wide range of abilities as well as gaining qualifications with the Wright Foundation and Inclusive Fitness Initiative to provide helping many people to reach their goals.

It involves a range of movements that can be adapted to suit all ability levels to help the individuals reach their goal by stretching their limitations.
