My teaching style is similar to my directing style, it adapts with the people that I am with. I like to create a fun atmosphere where you would feel comfortable and willing to join in with the activities. My lessens always contain a drama game that links in with the subject area and one that you'd be able to use in the future in many circumstances.

Hello, I come from an engineering background, teaching engineering in the classroom and workshop, practical and theory, My experience includes training apprentices on the shop floor and Fe in Colleges. In practical and theory lessons I show the students the subject and what is required. Then I encourage questions from the students, ask what they understand from what they have been shown.
Having taught a wide variety of students, and having struggled at a lot of topics myself in the past I'm well aware of how important a personalised approach is and I promise to tailor any learning experience to make it as relevant and accessible to you as possible.
My teaching methods differ from person to person. I tend to ask the individual how they prefer to learn, and if they don't know, try out a couple of methods until we find the right one. I usually give a 'recap' at the end of each of my sessions to go over the main points.
I want to personalise my teaching to your interests and your individual skills and learning methods. Your motivation for learning English will be super important in defining your goals and the areas of English you want to improve. Such as the different focus for exam preparation and personal improvement.
My teaching method is very flexible depending on the needs of the tutee, because everyone learns differently. Personally, I was a visual learner and so incorporate this into my teaching method. However, I will want to know what works for the student and will apply things that will be most beneficial to them.
I can help and tutor any student studying mathematics in Lincoln.
My teaching method is relaxed and encouraging. To begin with I like to try and find out what they know about the subject they need help with and what they feel they need help with. I will then formulate a lesson plan for each student individually.
I'm a multilingual graduate with language teaching experience and a background as a proofreader (novel). I specialise in one to one tuitions and my area of expertise is English as a foreign language to Chinese speakers. My preferred levels are Beginner & Elementary.
As a trainee teacher I understand that all pupils learn differently, so am prepared to create personalised learning goals for each learner. I am trained to teach across the entire primary school curriculum, so can cater for KS1 or KS2 requirements. As tutoring differs from person to person, I will spend a couple of lessons discovering the pupil's learning style.
My teaching method is tailored to the student whom i am tutoring, and the requirement which they have. For a student looking to develop exam technique i will guide them through a series of logical techniques which will help them approach exams calmly and confidently.
My teaching method is flexible, it should always match the interests and the abilities of a person. Each person is unique, so the method is.
I believe that every individual learns in a different way, and recognise that there are many ways to tackle the same problem. I also believe that a lack of confidence is one of the most powerful barriers to academic achievement, and overcome this with plenty of positive reinforcement and praise. I set realistic targets and goals, and never set the student up to fail.
I base me teaching method on the individual. In solo classes it's tailoring what you are like as a person and how can we draw the most from yourself. In group classes its looking at how can we make the most of working with other people and exploring how others can help your strength/weakness'.
My teaching method is quite straightforward. A general outline of the topic is given, along with dates, as a small understanding is vital in progressing. Then, we approach each event or theme in more detail, with fun activities to help learning. At the end of a topic, we target an essay question, which can either be completed in a plan format with help or alone.
I will base my lessons around the student's need, including aspects of visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning. Lessons will include learning objectives at the beginning of lesson, and review at end to confirm achievement of objectives. It will be an interactive process, ensuring that the student feels confident and comfortable in the environment.
I am a very open hearted character that likes to keep things fun and interesting. My methodology is mainly based on understanding what works best for the student, and adapting my content to fit this.
My name is Scott, and I am passionate about English Language and Literature, and would love to support anyone who wants to develop their skills in this area or futher explore the subject if it is their passion. Four years ago I achieved a 2:1 in BA (Hons) English & Drama, and am currently studying a Masters in 21st Century Literature.
I am very adaptable in my teaching method, i find what best works for the student, rather than sticking to a set why. i have found that every student learns differently, whether they are Primary school level, secondary school or even college.
I want to understand what you're struggling with and get the best out of you. I have been in situations where I've struggled in areas and studied A level subjects while pursuing my foundation degree. We can work together to succeed and get an understanding of where you want to be in the future career wise.
I’m willing to tutor people of any level as long as I am given an initial idea of skill level whether that be advanced or beginner. My lessons would be very interactive with a heavy focus more upon the development of your ability subsequently furthering your knowledge of the subject. I will of course need an idea of what you would like to focus on in order to build lesson plans from there.
I will help with homework, im a fair person i tend to give children 2 warnings before following through with whats needed ie sitting at the table alone to think about what they did. Dependent on their age.
In order to approach each student accordingly I ask them to try to list their strengths and weaknesses. After that I prepare them a mind map on their weaker areas and work through examples with them. To make sure that progress is well made I carry out a little 5-10 minutes quiz at start of each class about the topic and then carry it out again at the end with some extra questions.
I am a mathematics with philosophy student who is interested in 1-2-1 lessons with students completing GCSE maths. My teaching style varies student to student and is suited to there needs. I believe that completing many example questions and mock papers is the best way to master a topic.
My teaching methodology would be mostylu on understanding the content and exam practice. Also, identifying what the student is struggling with an help in those areas. I would like to teach GCSE level and A level for Spanish however for history I would only teach the topic of Nazi Germany as it is what I did my A Level on and i am most confident with.
I approach classes by assessing where the student’a gaps are first and then making those gaps the focus of my teaching. I also teach with a focus towards developing fundamentals and then building on those to eventually teach advanced skills and techniques.
I start by understanding the individual. I identify parts of their learning which is floored and then often go back to basics in those fields. Quite often students struggle because they don't understand concepts which are assumed to be prior knowledge, I take the time to go through this and build their confidence and make their weaknesses in to strengths.
My teaching method is student oriented and based on any issues/questions that the student may have. I like to clearly explain a certain area and then ask questions based on my explanation in order to consolidate and validate learning. I am a patient and freindly teacher.
Having been a student myself for many years I have come to the conclusion that I would love to be able to teach my craft. I am offering 1-1 online tutorials in photography for anybody wanting to advance in the subject whether it be for professional use or personal. My teaching method is relatively relaxed, I will work with you at your own pace, guiding you along the way.
