About Heidi
I am Mrs. Heidi du Preez. I'm a qualified Geography teacher in both English and Afrikaans. I'm very passionate about the different aspects of this subject. Geography is one of the most versatile subjects that includes practical work, for example, mapwork as well as theory. Geography also has different sections, for example, climate, geomorphology, etc. As an educator, I love all sections of Geography and it enhances my love for the outdoors.

Based on the prescribed curriculum I plan my lessons thoroughly to actually make the subject content easier for the learner to understand. I use a lot of visuals and practical methods that make the subject so much easier for the learner. It helps a lot to let the learner actually enjoy the subject when understanding the content is made easier.
