About Tom
I have been a boxing fan for as long as I can remember and have trained in boxing gyms for the past four years. I have sparring and fighting experience, and have coached classes at 12 Rounds Boxing gym in South West London. Since qualifying as an England Boxing coach, I have also trained clients on a one-to-one basis.

I am offering 30-minute and hour-long sessions to beginners, amateurs and white collar fighters. I take a contact-free approach to teaching offensive and defensive boxing techniques, using footwork, padwork and HIIT exercises, to improve skills and fitness levels. I can coach both children and adults.
