About Martin

I started with fitness when I was 16 and martial arts training when I was 19 mainly because I was very skinny, weak and afraid of everything. The main reason was I wanted to be at least strong like other people. I went through big transformation in my life and I find out how deep this world is and how much you can help everyone around and that is the main reason why I decided to do this proffesionaly.

About the lesson

Personal Training-
- my aim is to create a plan which is tailored to your needs and adjusted during the process as needed
-weight loss, building strength, getting lean alongside improving your mental wellbeing, I am always there for you.

Self-Defence/SYSTEMA-
-any situation, any technique always have a solution. In my classes, we are finding and practising these solutions to make you effective in the shortest time possible. Starting from basics going to very advanced levels.
