About Marco
I have been working in a gym environment for 3-4 years, I have always loved helping people around the gym either if I see them performing a movement wrong or they approach me to give them tips.
Over this time that I have been working in this environment my knowledge around metabolic conditioning, weightlifting, functional fitness and gymnastics has grown making me feel very confident around these topics.
