About Rachel
For me, teaching English is much more than a job—it's something I genuinely love.
I have always been passionate about the English language. I love its richness, its humor, its idioms, and even its little quirks. Every language tells a story, and I believe English opens doors to new opportunities, new friendships, and new experiences.
Having lived and taught in the UK, Greece, Italy, China, and now Dubai, I know that learning a new language can sometimes feel exciting, but also overwhelming. Because I speak foreign languages myself, I understand the challenges my students face. I can often see where they might struggle, and I enjoy finding simple, encouraging ways to help them overcome those difficulties.
One of the things I love most about teaching is getting to know my students. Every person has a different story, different goals, and different reasons for learning English. Whether you're aiming for top grades at school, preparing for an important exam, building confidence at work, or taking your very first steps in English, I will support and encourage you every step of the way.
I also believe that teaching is a two-way journey. I learn something from every student I meet, and that is one of the greatest gifts of my profession. Sharing languages also means sharing cultures, ideas, and experiences, and I feel privileged to be part of that journey.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing a student grow in confidence and realize that they can achieve something they once thought was impossible. My goal is not only to help you speak better English but to help you enjoy learning it, believe in yourself, and achieve the goals that matter most to you.
