I try and make the lessons personal and am very hands on in terms of demonstrating the technique and making sure that you have mastered the technique before moving on to something else. I listen to what the you are wanting to learn and try to incorporate that into the lesson plans. I prefer keeping the techniques or tips to minimum per lesson plan as not overload you with too much information at once.
I qualified as a Pastry Chef in 2009 and have been putting my skills to good use part-time. My kids love having a mom that can create whatever they want.
