My name is Emiliano and I am a qualified Personal Trainer Level 3 and England Boxing Coach Level 1 also am currently working at PureGym. I have trained in boxing and kickboxing for many years and I am passionate about helping people improve their fitness, boxing skills, confidence, and overall health through structured training.

I offer 1-to-1 training sessions focused on boxing technique, fitness, strength, and conditioning. Whether you are a beginner or already have experience, my goal is to help you improve your boxing skills, build confidence, and reach your personal fitness goals. Each session is tailored to your individual level and needs. We will work on proper technique, footwork, punching combinations, endurance, and overall strength, while also improving your physical condition and discipline. My aim is not only to help you get fitter and stronger but also to teach you practical self-defence skills, helping you feel more confident and capable in everyday life. Train harder, move better, and become the strongest version of yourself.
