I've been a national swimmer, I played waterpolo and hockey.
I've competed in warrior races and triathlons.
I've worked in the fitness industry for 15 years, I've had my own business in Durban, worked in 5 star resorts and spa's in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait.
I absolutely love what I do and have a passion for helping and motivating people towards their individual goals.
