About Lily
I am a qualified personal trainer with a BSc in Physical Activity, Health and Wellbeing and experience competing as a national-level badminton athlete representing Scotland. I am passionate about helping people improve their fitness, confidence, and overall wellbeing through supportive and personalized coaching.
My lessons and training sessions are tailored to each individual’s goals and ability level, whether that’s improving fitness, building strength, sports performance or developing a healthier lifestyle.
