About Craig
Hi everyone I'm Craig Fletcher owner and CEO of Trail Runner's Bootcamp. The company was formed in order to assist people in pursuing their goals primarily related to helping you breakthrough to new levels of endurance, strength, discipline and confidence which will help improve every aspect of your life!
20+ years as a qualified personal trainer and sports therapist with a background in outdoor education
With my qualifications in personal training, sports therapy, and nutrition, along with my passion for continuous learning, I constantly expand my knowledge in psychology, yoga, recovery techniques, health and wellness, meditation, and personal development. This allows me to provide the most up-to-date information and effective techniques to achieve results for both my clients and myself.
