I will begin by asking you to fill out an honest (!) 2-week food and exercise diary, and work out what your goals are. Although weight loss and muscle building is obviously important, what matters most to me is all-round health and fitness, so we will do lots of work on your lifestyle together. I will provide an exercise schedule that best suits your needs (considering time and space available, as well as any injuries), as well as a meal-planner, stress-management schedule, and sleeping plan.
