About Harriet
Qualified level 3 mat teacher (currently training for level 4) and have been teaching 1 -2 -1 classes for 6 months. My current students have all achieved a significant increase core strength and improved posture. I include a variety of the core Pilates exercises, but also work to progress these with some dynamic innovation. I can travel to you or I can teach at my homes in either Hertfordshire or London.

I specialise in creating personalised programmes for each student, as I am a firm believer in "one size does not fit all". Before teaching any students, my preference is to run through their key goals and objectives and put together a teaching plan based on this. We will set short - long term goals and revisit these frequently to ensure you feel you are progressing.
