About Victoria
Teaching has always been something I genuinely enjoy because I love seeing people grow in confidence and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. As both a qualified primary school teacher with over 11 years of classroom experience and a fluent Turkish speaker, I understand how important it is to create a supportive, patient and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions.
My aim is not only to help students learn Turkish, but also to help them enjoy the process. Whether you're learning for family, travel, work or personal interest, I will tailor every lesson to your individual needs and learning style. I believe everyone learns differently, so I adapt my teaching to ensure lessons are engaging, practical and enjoyable.
I pride myself on being reliable, professional and well prepared. I communicate clearly, provide structured lessons with achievable goals, and work at a pace that suits each learner. My teaching background has given me extensive experience supporting learners of different ages, abilities and confidence levels, allowing me to build positive relationships and help students make steady progress.

Merhaba! I'm Victoria, a qualified primary school teacher with over 11 years of teaching experience. My lessons are friendly, supportive and tailored to each student's individual goals, whether you're learning Turkish for travel, family, work or personal interest.
I believe the best way to learn a language is by building confidence from the very first lesson. I adapt every session to suit your learning style, using a mixture of conversation, pronunciation practice, vocabulary building, reading, writing and grammar in a relaxed and encouraging environment. I focus on practical, everyday Turkish that you can use in real-life situations while also ensuring you understand the language structure.
Lessons are typically **60 minutes**, although shorter sessions can be arranged for younger learners. I teach complete beginners through to intermediate learners, including children, teenagers and adults. Whether you want to start from scratch, improve your speaking confidence, prepare for a holiday or help your child learn Turkish, I will create personalised lessons to help you achieve your goals at a pace that suits you.
As a qualified primary teacher, I have extensive experience making learning enjoyable, engaging and easy to understand. I am patient, approachable and committed to helping every student grow in confidence while enjoying the learning process.
