About Martina
I am a qualified reiki master with many years of practice in one-to-one as well as group settings. I also have many years of experience teaching meditation and stress management to my students and I practise meditation every day. For those who may be interested, I am also a Gita teacher and a long-term student of Vedanta.

I can give lessons to beginners as well as more advanced students. The first thing I do is usually speak to the student to establish their specific needs and interests, so that the lessons can be more pleasant and effective for them. With such practices patience is of the essence, and I will be there with you every step of the way!
