About Gemma
I am a qualified secondary teacher with 10 years experience. My experience is mainly with secondary IB and GCSE physics. However, I Currently teach prep school students for common entrance exams.

I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I don't lecture to students or ask them to memorise things. I like to use a range of learning strategies to make topics engaging and relatable to every day scenarios.
