About Robyn
I'm a Sport science degree graduate aiming to help you achieve your fitness goals! I currently run my own personal training business and have a lot of experience in knowing how to shape our bodies, whether it be losing weight, or gaining muscle, or simply just living a healthier lifestyle. As a qualified master trainer, I can assure you to give the best possible effort from my side to get you to look & feel your best! All I expect from you is consistency, and most importantly dedication! I can only do my best work, when you put in your best effort! Most of my sessions are done online & I am based at Virgin Active Gateway for my in-person clients.
Online Personal training gives you the flexibility to train at your own pace at your own time & weekly check-ins need to be done for me to check your progress & give feedback & updates where necessary.
