About Yona Sinayo
My name is Yona Sinayo Ndamase-Balindlela, a mother of 2 who is a very avid sports mom, coming from a very competitive sports family,my passion has always been to prove that there is so much more, one can tamper in,in the sports industry. When it comes to building an invidual i have not only spent time in aligning myself in what i am capable of but also challenged myself in being part of a development team in both swimming and athletics. My love for kids goes beyond in just being a mom but also playing that role in the sports space and enharnessing my love for growth and development.
