My lessons are personalised to your needs and based on the National Curriculum. I see the statutory curriculum as the branches of the learning tree, and then I add the leaves based on both what I consider useful knowledge / pre-teaching for later years and also your own interests. For example, if we were learning to pass the Year 1 phonics test, we could read secret passwords to Spiderman or receive a letter from Elsa asking for our help. If we were learning how to write exclamatory sentences, we could write a diary based on Chase's day or from the perspective of Neil Armstrong.
