About Sophie
I am a graduate from the University of Brighton, 2023, achieving my qualified teacher status. I have spent my first year as a graduate working in a primary school supporting children with differing needs and abilities. I am very confident in my Maths and English ability and have been able to differentiate learning activities from child to child.

Each lesson is around 1 hour long, focusing on targeted areas. I have experience teaching maths and understand that each child may require different approaches to access maths. I have knowledge of the underpinning pedagogies for maths for pupils aged 5-11. I like to take a calm, fun approach to teaching however maintaining high expectations so each child can reach their full potential!
