About Becci
I have been teaching yoga since 2016 to students who are looking to benefit the body and mind equally. I have background in mental health and combine my two areas of expertise to offer a unique class focusing on working out and winding down.

I am fully qualified, insured and trained to teach a wide range of yoga styles, I tend to focus on a flowing sequence that is guided by the breath, with a beautiful relaxation at the end. All levels and abilities welcome!
